Hazirah A. Rahim: Sunday Needs To Come Fast!

Dear Readers,

I've been "busy" all this week despite having holidays since UT 3 is over. On Tuesday, Sarcastic treated Umi & I to a movie. We watched The Expendables 2. Sadly, Jet Li was in the movie for the first 20 minutes, but after that, he was nowhere to be seen :( And, oh god. I must be crazy. Why do I feel like I'm the only one who thinks that Dolph Lundgren is sexy despite being 54 (going 55) already? HAHAHA! And no, I'm not joking. AND OH MY GOD. The Expendables 2, overall, was so freaking awesome. Why?

1. Star-studded
2. The story plot was great
3. It was bloody violent. Or gory, I must say.

I'll rate it 4.5/5 stars. Trust me. Next to anticipate, Resident Evil: Retribution. And so, Sarcastic then treated us to Seoul Garden Hot Pot since she knew that I was craving for it. A very BIG, BIG, BIG thank you, though! I ordered Bulggogi Beef Bibim Bap!

Arggh! I feel like eating it again, really!

After we were done with brunch, we went for shopping. I bought for them some coloured iPhone covers & a pair of skinny jeans at H&M. It was my first, though, and the jeans cost me $17.90. Now, THAT was cheap. Sarcastic bought some pants & tops (I think). Then we headed to ION Orchard. Shopped for Umi's heels at Charles & Keith, plus, ALDO. So, I'm the only one who hasn't bought a pair of gold heels for Abang's wedding. Need to hunt for it. Soon.

And of course, since we were all tired, we decided to pit stop at Coffee Bean!

My, oh my. My vanilla ice-blended looks rather tempting. Hmm~ Whatever it is, it was quite a while since I hung out with Sarcastic & Umi. And I'm blessed for spending my time with them on Tuesday. It was worth it!

Anyways, for the past two days, I had to go to St Wilfred Sports complex for my shifts for Singapore National Games. Hmm.. On Wednesday, I lost my way while trying my best to figure out where I should headed to. Funny thing was, I took bus 147 & alighted 18 stops after, as what the Google map has stated. And guess what? I had to walk four stops back. At that point, I didn't know whether to cry, or laugh, or give up..

So I tried to use the Goodle map. But since I'm a noob to these GPS thingy, I gave up & started to ask around. Some showed me an alienated face when they heard 'St Wilfred Sports Complex'. And I came across an Aunty who was waiting for the bus. She didn't know where it was either, so she tried to contact her daughter & thank god her daughter gave me the directions. So I ran behind Bendemeer Primary School (because I was late!) & yes, I got lost again. I was on the verge of heading back home. But, nah.. That's not me :) I called the person-in-charge & informed her that I was lost. And she was nice enough to give me the specific directions. And yes, the distance between Bendemeer Primary School & the sports complex is like 10 minutes - IF you walked FAST.

Since I'm assigned as a Food & Beverage Assistant, my job was to.... Well, to be honest, I did nothing. AT ALL. I just rest my ass off, and watched the football match. During the first shift, well, it was bad enough that I didn't do anything. And then, all of us who were there witnessed a fight between the players & some spectators. It was kind of a facepalm moment to some of us. HAHAHA!

Yesterday was my 2nd shift. Again, I did nothing. But I managed to make friends with the volunteers. Coincidentally, they are from RP as well :) Nice to meet them, anyway! And tomorrow will be my 3rd shift at Toa Payoh Sports Hall. Oh god. I don't feel like coming, especially when my shift starts from 12.30pm till 5.30pm. Not only that. I'll be heading down to Admiralty after that for Uncle's open house. AND, on Sunday with be my last (I need Sunday, 1pm to come fast!) shift for Singapore National Games. I. Just. Can't. Wait. Really.

My butt is aching right now. Such a bad idea to blog while sitting on the floor. Dang.
